On approximately 8 hectares in the proximity of Colonia del Sacramento a weingut with an annual production by approximately 60000 Kilos of weintrauben for age reasons one sells.
The situation:
The property is somewhat outside (for instance 9KM) from Colonia del Sacramento in the midst of from Luchserioesen land mansions usually wealthy Argentinier, American or European. The proximity to the world cultural heritage city Colonia and the world metropolis Buenos Aires, which can be attained with a speedboat in approximately one hour, are two of the many factors, which made this area so valuable.
Many wealthy ones Argentine families live here in fantastic peace and security, and enjoy the possibility in Buenos Aires to be very fast being able.

1935 Moscatel plants with an annual production of 7275 kg (7.2 tons)
1460 Hibrides plants with an annual production of 8790 kg (8.7 tons)
2940 Pinot plants with an annual production of 3955 kg (3.9 tons)
1000 Ugnblanc plants with an annual production of 6785 kg (6.7 tons)
Thus an annual production of 52045 kg.
A participation of one cooperative one the weintrauben guaranteed buys can additionally be acquired. Trained personnel can be taken over. The property is fully equipped machine. The machines are enclosed in the purchase price.
Price:
For the weingut including all machines the house and the barn a purchase price is estimated by 195.000 U$S (at present 23,12,2004 about 152000 euro).
